How it works
Working with Cancellation Covered is simple. Once we receive your application we’ll discuss your goals before getting you set up in a test environment so you can see our platform in action. Once you’re up and running the process is automated, so it’s just a matter of tracking your sales.
Discuss.
You’ll be assigned a technical resource who will talk to you about your platform, and together you’ll agree on an integration.
Test.
We’ll issue you with API keys to a test environment and logins for your Analytics Dashboard, to get you up and running quickly
Sign.
Once you’re happy with the integration we’ll provide you with our standard partner agreement while we prepare to move your integration to a live environment.
Once you’re live
When a customer adds your product to their cart and moves into check out, your booking engine calls our API to get a quote, and customers see live pricing for Cancellation Covered in your booking engine. When you collect payment from your customer, their details are automatically sent back to Cancellation Covered via our API and we’ll then issue them with their policy documents via email. Finally at the end of each month you’ll be invoiced by Cancellation Covered for the sales you’ve made
Throughout this you’ll have 24/7 access to your Analytics Dashboard, and our team will review conversions and product pricing with you to identify opportunities for optimisation
