Check your email
Shortly after your payment has been processed you’ll receive an email from us with all your information, including all your policy details, the combined Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Financial Services Guide (FSG). Please review the documents to make sure your information is correct, and make sure you save them somewhere safe, as you’ll need them should you need to make a claim.
Can’t attend? Make a claim
If you’re unable to attend, cancel your experience directly with the provider. Once you’ve cancelled you’ll be able to claim for any eligible refund via our partner, Cover-More. For more information, please see our make a claim page.
