If you’ve had to cancel, it’s easy to make a claim for any fees you were charged.

All claims are handled by our partner, Cover-More. To make a claim you’ll need to download the form using the link below and complete it with as much info as possible, including your companion info, original unused ticket (or barcode for an e-ticket) and supporting documentation. Original documents are required, so please make a copy for your records before sending.

Send

Once you’re ready, send the completed claim form and/or any additional documents to support the claim to; claims_processing@covermore.com.au (you can send up to 10 MB of attachments) or Cover-More Claims Department, Private Bag 913, North Sydney NSW 2059. For additional assistance or to obtain a claim form, contact Cover-More on 1300 889 058 or +61 (0) 2 8907 5085.

Refund

Cover-More might be in touch if they need more information, and once your claim has been approved you’ll receive a refund directly into the account you’ve provided them. Easy.

 

FAQs

How long will it take to process my claim?

If you email your claim you will receive a receipt email with your claim number. The response to your claim will follow within 10 days.

If you post your claim, you will be contacted with a response to your claim within 10 working days of receipt.

Failure to provide all the necessary evidence and details may result in delays processing your claim

What supporting documents are required?

The documents required will vary depending on the reason for claiming, full details can be found under “Supporting documents required” here.

All claims will require:

Copy of your certificate of insurance and

Your original unused ticket (or barcode/confirmation email if it’s an electronic ticket)

Why do I need to provide a reason for cancelling?

The policy you purchased through our platform came with a set of inclusions (things you can claim for), these cover most unforeseen circumstances.

What happens if I or the partner change my date of travel?

If you or the partner need to change your date of travel the partner that you purchased your ticket from will re-issue a new set of policy documents with the revised date at the same time at rebooking you. You will receive an email from Cancellation Covered with these new policy documents.
